I’m introducing a VIP Central Otago Photo Day, created for people who want to experience New Zealand, have beautiful photographs taken along the way, and make a whole day of it.
Think of it as a private photography adventure through some of the most spectacular landscapes around Queenstown, Arrowtown, Cardrona, Wānaka and Lake Hāwea.
And yes, we will stop for lunch along the way.

There is so much variety packed into this little corner of the South Island. One moment you can be surrounded by dramatic mountains, the next driving through golden tussock landscapes, walking along a beautiful alpine lake or wandering through the streets of historic Arrowtown.
For your VIP Photo Day, we’ll create a personalised route through five different locations, chosen around the season, weather, light and the kind of photographs you want.
Your day might take us through:
Queenstown
Starting amongst the mountains, lakes and beautiful scenery around Queenstown.
Arrowtown
Historic streets, old stone buildings, autumn colour and a completely different feel from the alpine landscapes.
Cardrona
Wide-open landscapes, mountains, tussock and that unmistakable Central Otago feeling.
Wānaka
Lake views, mountains and plenty of space to explore.
Lake Hāwea
Wild, beautiful and a little quieter. One of my favourite places for that feeling of being completely surrounded by nature.
The exact route will be planned around you.
More than a photo shoot
The idea behind this experience is simple.
Slow down. Explore. Have fun. Take photographs.
There is no rushing from one location to the next.
We have up to five hours of driving and exploring together, with plenty of time to stop when we see something beautiful.
And because this is Central Otago, there will definitely be moments when we say:
"We have to stop here."
Maybe it’s the light hitting the mountains.
Maybe it’s a little country road.
Maybe it’s a field of golden tussock.
Maybe we spot somewhere completely unexpected.
Depending on our route, we’ll stop somewhere beautiful for lunch, coffee or a little something along the way.
Because this isn't about spending five hours constantly posing in front of a camera.
It’s about having an experience together and documenting it naturally.
You can relax, have a coffee, enjoy lunch, change outfits, explore and just be yourselves.
I'll be there to photograph the big moments and all the little ones in between.
